How do I create an account?
Getting started is easy! Simply fill out the online application. Please be sure to enter complete and accurate information for your company. Failure to do so could delay account approval. Once your information is verified, you will be given access to view our wholesale pricing and purchase directly online.

Just log into your account here to see pricing. Please note you must have an approved account with us in order to view the inventory and pricing. If you have not yet created an account, please go HERE to get started.
What is a Resale Certificate?
A Resale Certificate is a sales tax exemption certificate submitted by you, the buyer, to the seller guaranteeing that you intend to resell goods being purchased. The Resale Certificate is issued by the state tax authority and can differ state by state. I am an exporter located in the United States. Can I apply?
Yes! As a US Exporter, a State Sales Tax ID (or equivalent for your state) will be required for registration, not including states that do not charge sales tax.

How do I set up an account?

How do I update my profile/account?
To update your account information, such as your address, phone number, or email: Sign in to Account Manager. Go to ""Account Settings"" and select the information you want to update.
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, go to the login page and click 'Forgot Password'. Enter your email address and we'll send you instructions on how to reset your password.

Orders
How do I place an order?
To place your order, select the item(s) that you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you must fill in your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure to double check that you have filled in your details correctly to ensure that you receive all the necessary info and that your order is delivered without any complications.
Is an IMEI list available for my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped and the status is marked as 'Complete', you can download the IMEI list for your devices. To access the list, go to the order detail page and select 'Download IMEI info XLS' from the Actions dropdown. Please note, IMEIs are not released prior to shipping because we have multiple units that may fulfill an order, and we do not determine which unit will be designated...

Which countries and territories are restricted from receiving products from BidAllies?

Where can I see the status of my order?
Navigate to My Account and select 'Orders' from the left menu. The status of each order will be displayed in the Order history section along with corresponding tracking information.
What are your delivery costs?
The delivery costs vary depending on the delivery quantity, delivery location, and delivery type and are displayed directly in the shopping cart before the purchase is completed.
Do you deliver outside of the US?
If you're outside of the continental US and would like to make a purchase from BidAllies.com, we currently do not offer direct international shipping. However, we recommend using a third-party freight forwarder. This allows you to receive your items anywhere in the world. Please ensure that your chosen freight forwarder can handle the specific products you intend to purchase.
How do I track my delivery?
You can view the status of your shipment by visiting your Order history page or by using the communication received via email. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for a carrier to scan your order into the tracking system.
Can I cancel a delivery?
You can request to cancel your order if you see the option on the order in your Order History. If we can cancel the order, youll receive an email confirmation.

Returns
How do I return something to you?
To return an item online at BidAllies: Go to Order History and select the items you wish to return. Choose 'RMA Request' from the Actions dropdown. Specify the Return Reason, whether it's for an exchange or return, and if you need a return label. Complete the process as instructed.
What is your returns policy?
Our returns policy allows you to return items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.
How do I track my return?
Once you've shipped your return, you can track its status using the tracking number provided with your return label.
How do I know if you received my return?
We will notify you via email once your return has been received and processed. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.
What if my credit card is no longer in use?
If the credit card originally used for the purchase is no longer valid, we will offer you a store credit or arrange an alternative refund method. Please contact our customer service for more details.
Can I get a refund or an exchange?
Yes, once your return is received and inspected, you can choose between a refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition.

We offer a range of cosmetic grades; they include: Like New - A, Good - B+, Moderate - B, Extensive - C.

Do your devices come with a warranty?
Yes, all our devices come with a 30-day warranty that covers any defects not described in the product listing.  Please refer to our Warranty page for specifics.
How do you ensure the quality of refurbished devices?
All refurbished devices undergo a rigorous testing process that includes functionality testing, cleaning, and inspection. Our technicians ensure each device meets specific quality standards before it is listed for sale.
Are software updates available for the devices I purchase?
Devices purchased from us typically receive software updates as provided by the original manufacturer. However, the availability of updates may depend on the age and model of the device.
Are all devices sold by BidAllies data wiped?
Yes, at BidAllies, we prioritize your security and privacy. Every device we sell undergoes a rigorous data wiping process to ensure all previous user data is completely erased before it is resold. We adhere to industry-standard data sanitization methods to prepare devices for new owners safely and securely.

How can I pay for an order?
Acceptable methods of payment include Wire Transfers, Credit Card (Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Discover), PayPal, Digital Wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
Do you offer payment terms?
We do not offer payment terms at the moment. This is an option we are currently researching to aide our customers in their future purchasing needs.
Can I pay with Apple Pay/Google pay?
Of course! At checkout, under Payment Information, you’ll have the opportunity to select your digital wallet as a payment method.
Does the bank account used for wire transfers need to be associated with my business?
