30-Day Return Window

We provide a generous 30-day return window, starting from the date of delivery, allowing you ample time to evaluate your refurbished devices thoroughly.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please note the following conditions:

  • The device must be in the same condition as received.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation should be included.
  • The device should not show signs of damage beyond the indicated grading category.
  • Proof of purchase or order information is required.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from BidAllies.com can be returned via the site. Products purchased through other marketplaces must be returned in accordance with their respective return policies.

Return Option

When submitting your RMA request, we offer credit to your BidAllies account. Once your return is received and inspected, a credit will be issued to your account for use on future purchases.

Please make sure to select this option carefully when submitting your return request, as it cannot be changed after submission.

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to submit a return request:

  • Log in to Your Order Dashboard: Access your order within the 30-day return window.
  • Submit an RMA: Select your return reason and choose account credit.
  • Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a return authorization with instructions on how to return the device.
  • Return Shipment: Securely package the device with all original accessories and documentation, then ship it back to the provided address within the specified timeframe. Please note: you have one week after approval to send the device; if not returned within this period, the return request will automatically close, and you will need to submit a new request if you still wish to return the item.

Processing Time

Once the returned device is received and verified, the selected return option will be processed. Please allow 2-4 business days from the receipt of your item for processing. We will notify you once your return has been completed.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for returns:

  • Devices that do not meet the conditions outlined in our return policy.
  • Any item returned beyond the 30-day return window.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling or negligence post-purchase.
  • Items that are no longer under warranty or were not originally purchased from us. In these cases, we’ll kindly return the item to you, and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
