How do I return something to you?

To return an item online, follow these steps:

1. Go to your Order History and select the items within the order that you would like to return.
2. Select 'RMA Request' from the Actions dropdown.
3. On the next screen, select the Return Reason and specify whether you would like an exchange or a return.
4. Indicate if you would like to request a return label. Please note that a return shipping label will only be provided for returns to the original shipping address. We do not provide return shipping labels for devices sent outside of the country.

Follow the instructions provided to complete your return or exchange request.
