All about the returns policy and how to return an item

How do I return something to you?
To return an item online at BidAllies: Go to Order History and select the items you wish to return. Choose 'RMA Request' from the Actions dropdown. Specify the Return Reason, whether it's for an exchange or return, and if you need a return label. Complete the process as instructed.
What is your returns policy?
Our returns policy allows you to return items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.
How do I track my return?
Once you've shipped your return, you can track its status using the tracking number provided with your return label.
How do I know if you received my return?
We will notify you via email once your return has been received and processed. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.
What if my credit card is no longer in use?
If the credit card originally used for the purchase is no longer valid, we will offer you a store credit or arrange an alternative refund method. Please contact our customer service for more details.
Can I get a refund or an exchange?
Yes, once your return is received and inspected, you can choose between a refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition.
