Which countries and territories are restricted from receiving products from BidAllies?

BidAllies does not export, transfer, or sell products to:

• Countries under OFAC Sanctions: Any country or territory that is subject to comprehensive economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
• Countries Where Sales Are Illegal Under U.S. Law: Any other country or territory where transferring or selling our products would violate applicable U.S. laws.
• Restricted Parties: We do not engage in transactions with any individual, organization, or entity that is identified as a restricted or prohibited party under U.S. laws.
• Violations of Global Trade Laws: We also refrain from conducting any transactions that would violate Global Trade Control Laws.
